Crossings
How many times do I go over bridges?
Do I cross them again rain, shine, day or night?
In only moments the other side, subsides
One side, your smile
The other, away a mile
You and I, day and night
Look at the bridge when I arrive
If not, I go to the other side
Back and forth many times
When the bridge goes up a haul to traffic
Never to time and life
Crossings
How many more times, will I?
